Dates fixed for financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2005

Holmen's reporting in 2005 will be as follows:

2 February Year-end Report for 2004

28 April Interim Report, January - March

17 August Interim Report, January - June

27 October Interim Report, January - September

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 5 April.

The Annual Report for 2004 will be published at the beginning of March and will be distributed to the shareholders by post.
