Tigerberget Wind Farm
Holmen has applied for a permit to build the Tigerberget wind farm in Hudiksvall Municipality. Here you will find information about the project.
About the Tigerberget project
In November 2023, Holmen submitted a permit application to build and operate a wind farm, Tigerberget, in the northwestern part of Hudiksvall Municipality. We estimate that the wind farm will be able to contribute approximately 550 GWh of renewable electricity annually – a good contribution to the transition to a fossil-free society and to the competitiveness of industry.
In the map to the right you can see the location of the planned wind farm. A maximum of 22 wind turbines with a maximum total height of 300 meters are planned within the project area.
