Purchasing and some parts of IT are managed by Group-wide functions in order to leverage economies of scale and risks are handled in line with the Group’s  policies. The Group’s financing and financial risks are managed by Group Finance  based on a finance policy established by the Board that is characterised by a low  level of risk. This aims to minimise the Group’s cost of capital and ensure the effective management and control of the Group’s financial risks.
